Rather than the traditional method of “pay per assessment”, Advantage Wellness offers unlimited use of not only our assessments, but also our individual wellness portal, for an entire year, for every employee and spouse. On-line access and traditional paper/pencil assessment methods are available. Our individual risk assessment provides individuals with a guide to identify those behaviors that put them at risk for accidents or illness that if modified can increase the probability of a longer, healthier life. The risk assessments provide measurable actionable information based on medically valid precursors (weight, tobacco use, diet) and statistically valid scoring algorithms.

Once risk behaviors or conditions are identified - based on information gathered during the health risk assessment process, individuals are directed to a corresponding program. Participants can access health coaches by telephone or online and receive assistance with weight management, smoking cessation, stress management, exercise and fitness, pre and post natal care, and chronic conditions such as asthma, back pain and diabetes.
