All Advantage Wellness members are entitled to discounts on eye examinations, contact lens examinations, frames,
prescription lenses, and contact lenses through the Eyebenefits network. These discounts are available at all
JC Penney, Sears, Pearle Vision, and Target Optical stores nationwide.
Advantage Wellness members are also eligible to receive 15% to 55% on LASIK surgery through the Amerisight national
network of refractive surgeons.
